So many of us smokers, have a hate/love relationship with our cigarettes. And we never seem to give up on our typical smoker New Year resolution of quitting at the beginning of each new year.
Well, who could blame us, we refer to our cigarettes as “our”, “friend”, “companion” just to name a few! and we never manage to decide which one of these cigarettes are most important to us. Some of us cannot think of a morning without a huge cup of coffee and a cigarette, others think that the one after meals is the most crucial. And for those of us who are party animals, we could not picture a night out without a pack of our favourite brand of cigarettes!.
One of the main new trends in Milan this year, is seeing young people carrying an electronic cigarette in a helpless attempt to carry on with their lifestyle, without compromising their smoking habits. To be honest, it is kinda an uplifting seen. The idea of all these people considering switching to less-harming habit is promising!
It would be boring and almost lame to list the damages that smoking causes. Most smokers have at least once googled it! For a change though, we will list the benefits of quitting the bad habit.
